Warehouse receiving

Receiving starts before the truck arrives.

Send the shipment details before delivery. Once the appointment is confirmed, our team will accept the goods, verify the carton or pallet count, note visible exterior damage or discrepancies, and move the shipment into the agreed next stage, including storage, pickup, transfer or fulfillment.

01

A real local receiving point

Goods arrive at an operating Los Angeles-area warehouse with a confirmed appointment and receiving reference.

02

One handoff, several next steps

After receiving, approved goods can continue into storage, pickup, transfer or fulfillment under the agreed plan.

03

Clear exception communication

Visible exterior damage and carton or pallet count discrepancies reasonably observed during standard receiving are recorded and reported.

04

Flexible handling options

Piece counting, sorting, labeling, photos, pallet work and other special handling can be arranged when requested in advance.

From advance notice to receiving confirmation.

01

Send an inbound notice

Provide the client or company name, product description, carton or pallet count, estimated arrival date and available packing list.

02

Confirm the appointment

Wait for our team to confirm the delivery date, time window, warehouse instructions and receiving reference before dispatching the shipment.

03

Prepare the shipment

Mark cartons or pallets with the confirmed client name and receiving reference. Keep the packing list consistent with the physical shipment.

04

Deliver to the warehouse

The driver presents the confirmed delivery information. Unscheduled or unidentified shipments may be delayed or refused.

05

Count and report

Our team performs the agreed basic count of received cartons or pallets and reports visible exterior damage or shipping-unit discrepancies reasonably observed during standard receiving.

06

Complete receiving

After receiving is recorded, we confirm completion and move the goods into the next agreed stage, such as storage, pickup, transfer or fulfillment.

Before you send goods

Standard receiving records outer cartons or pallets only. A delivery receipt does not confirm concealed contents, SKU or unit quantities, internal product condition or fitness for sale. Piece-level counting, SKU inspection, sorting, labeling, photo documentation, pallet work, oversized goods and special unloading must be arranged in writing before arrival and may require additional charges.
